I am so sorry about this. This was clearly accidentally picked and sent out. We will get you a new bottle in the mail, with a return label for this tester.

If you want to take a bit from the tester to use in the mean time feel free ? I can assure you it has likely barely been touched! We don't have a lot of walk-ins.

I have never had a bad experience from Maggard's. I have only had one issue of a wrong product sent. They sent me a new product and told me to keep what I had. Also, any time I have emailed them to ask a question...I received a reply within the hour and one of those days was a Sunday! When it comes to customer service...they are the standard.

I placed an order there and somehow a bottle of Icoloniali balm ended up in my box. I inquired as to returning it and they said for me to keep it. Yes they have exceptional customer service, Ron at Groomatorium is also awesome at customer service as well.
 
Got this full Capitol Building bottle for $2 at a flea market the other week and forgot to post it. Not so much for the bottle as for what is in it. No sticker showing contents but smelled good and wanted to try it for $2. Need to get thru the rest of KJ's samples to compare to this and zero in on what it is.

That bottle should be either Leather or Tribute. A quick sniff should tell you which one it is out of the two. Leather is very distinct.

I figured you'd know what was common in it. Not leather for sure so maybe tribute. Sniff off bottle is nice. Haven't slathered it for full wiff yet. Thanks for the info
 
My favorite long rifle scent is Voyageur, it’s great. If Amanda ever made a double or triple strength batch I would all of it. There are so many things about long rifle soap that I love, I love the texture and firmness of the puck, I love the simple creamy lather and I love the scent. Long rifle and vintage Williams...that’s my inspiration.

Voyager is my favorite as well and the only one I actually still have. I really like the soap but am just gunshy a bit at their scent descriptions. Most of them seem like they would lean a bit to the floral side.
 
Father in Law saw my Avons and said he had 1 from his dad that was his 1st car. 1950 Studebaker. No idea what's in it as the sticker is gone. 1 of the 2 ounce cars they had.
 
Finally got this soap in from A&E...been waiting for it for a while. I don't know what Dave and Don were talking about, this stuff smells great! (really, the VEG?!?!?!?) Is it my favorite A&E scent? No...but it's sticking around pending any skin reaction to it...I like it enough!

Also got St. Barts EdP...it's Peter's take on Creed Virgin Island Water, and will go well with Island Man by Stirling.
 
Hey...I said it doesn't smell exactly like the Veg...but I get that same floral and powder feel! Glad you like it. It's just not for me. I need to get that St. Barts. I LOVE the soap and aftershave! Great mail call Josh! Looking to see what your thoughts are on it.
 
Ya, listen to Josh. This stuff is good. Someone buy Don’s then someone can buy mine ?
