Also, met yesterday with KJ to discuss the Kansas City Meet-up. He remembered I'm new to wet shaving & just starting to get into soaps. He dropped this on me.

Several awesome soaps! Thank you KJ. But it's not just KJ. I'm grateful to the generosity of you gentlemen on TSC. I have been the beneficiary of several PIF's, thank you all. I've lerned a great deal on this site in a short amount of time. I believe in the spirit of PIF, so I will be running some of my own pif's to keep the spirit alive.

I tried the Mystic Waters today & I can say after one shave this is an exceptional soap!!!!

Just don’t try and use really hot water or a boar brush with the MW and it is a stellar soap
 
KJ told me about a brick & mortar store, Wild About Harry, not far from where I live. Went in today after Rotary. It's a nice place, a store catering to men. Walked out with a tub of Jeeves of Hudson Street Tabacco Bay Leaf. Went to my local grocery store next & picked up a few bottles of AS staples.

??? What store carries Osage Rub??? (And how much was it?). I had to go to Atlanta to buy mine! (Was going there on business anyway, but stocked up cause I found it cheap.)

And by the way Skin Bracer is one of my favorites! Mix SB with OR and you've got something amazing!

I asked my local Hy Vee to order some Osage Rub & they did. Priced at $7.99. I'll pick some up for you if you like, save you driving to Atlanta! I picked up the SB specifically to mix with the OR after reading your recipe.

I'm going to find out shortly if I'm in or out in the Veg camp. For $5.99 I thought why not!

No, I'm good, I have 3 or 4 bottles, so that will last me a while. I just didn't know if someone stocked it normally, that I as unaware of. "Green Freeze" is a Bootleggers recipe, not my original recipe, but it is one of my favorites!

Don't know if my Hy-Vee will stock it regularly, or not. It's going to depend on how well it sells. I'm pleased they at least agreed to bring a case in to try.

Looking forward to trying the JEeves. It comes highly recommended.

Glad to see items I pifed finding another home. KJ is a great guy even if he collects creepy dolls and plays with spiders
 
Typical wait for a razor stand shipment from China. Ordered so long ago I almost forgot which razor I got it for. I think it's for the Karve as the hole is too narrow for the Rockwell. $9 is better then the $30 Rockwell gets though.
