Notice the head difference between them in the next two images
Walgreens version has thinner base plate and the grooves on the Heritage go in different directions depending which side of the head you use whereas the other move in the same direction.

Fine print actually says they pay you taxes for the use of your land in the form of one dram of whisky per year to be collected in person
