My Maggard order came in! It was relatively chaotic. I ordered a balm that was no longer in stock. I was offered a refund or a code. I opted to let my FOMO get to me and got The Essentials instead of waiting. Collin made sure everything was shipped in the same box, refunded me the balm and shipping. Incredible, incredible customer service.

The notes on the container are tobacco, bay rum (it says bay leaf online????), bergamot. It's green and sweet to my nose. I'm not getting a lot of tobacco, but I think it'll come out a bit more when lathered.
