Gem push button for $4 and the Super Blades came FAST
Just came in....
From left to right.....
CHANEL Allure Homme Sport Cologne (Tester) in the tough to find 150ml/5oz size. Not as sweet and harsh/punchy as the Eau de Extreme and just a bit more fresh than the revered OG Allure Homme.
Homelikeshaving Adjustable, the Taiga. Sergey and the fine Gents contacted me as they had an extra Taiga lying around. They asked if I was interested. I said ”Say Whuuuut? Heck Yeah!!! 4 weeks in travel. Anxious to give it a go. Hey, I haven’t shaved yet!!
It’s on.....
Last but, certainly not least the APShaveCo. brushes both sporting 28mm Silksmoke knots in the Winter handle & Summer handle respectively. Looking forward to giving these a go as well.....

Thanks Brother. The CHANEL actually was the most anticipated acquisition to be honest. I had a bottle from 2009 in the same size and my brother asked to use it about a year ago when he was over to attend a family event, I’ve never seen it since. Actually, he sent me a text with him and a pic of the bottle from the airport as he was leaving back to Florida, giggling. Haha, rotten scoundrel!! I didn’t mind truthfully but, Ive been on the lookout ever since. Found this one for under $60. Snatched it up quicker than a Hawk pouncing on a fuzzy bunny whabbit. The 5oz/150ml sizes are from the earlier releases and actually offer better performance. The 3.4oz sizes are from the 2012 and up releases and just don’t give the same vibe and none of the lasting power from those early releases. For a cologne, it’s a banger...
Like @GlazedBoker, I got an AP Shave Co Summer handle, but I got my favorite knot, SynBad, in the 28mm.

"TSC's Shave Sales Deal Finder"
Received my order today. A lot of stuff here. Maggard's threw in a small army of AS samples. Unfortunately I don't use scented AS, so they'll be in my next PIF (except Snakebite, I believe that's just menthol).
The Simpsons brush is smaller than I expected, even being beaten out by my 24mm Yaqis for height. Got a chance to had it this evening. It feels nice, with some good backbone. All in all, it worked ok, but certainly isn't my best brush.
The True North, as well as the soap samples, all smell good. I'm anxious to see how the true north works That said, I tried the Forbidden fruit this evening. Good scent, but so-so performance. I think I may have used a little too little of it, though?
The SC Balm has promise for sure. Will definitely be giving that a shot soon. That said, tonight I used the lucky tiger cream. It was interesting, like a spearmint Vicks vaporub. I had high hopes for this one, but in the end it was a flop. Tossing the rest of that sample.
Finally, I got a GTB hand/body soap. This is NOT a scent for me. I will absolutely not be using this, and probably toss it in a PIF or as a perk for my next sale.
All in all, mixed luck. Still in the end, I learned a lot through samples... And I didn't have to pay $16 to find out the GTB scent isn't for me. I'm going to put this one in the win column. [emoji106]

TSC’s International Man of Meh
Their new Trafalgar, but not sure if it's a T1, T2 or T3; different fibre than the more expensive Simpson ones in the Chubby, Duke et al.
