Just got this refill pick from Honeybee Soaps in the mail today. I had already melted it into my old tub before I thought to take a pic. I was down to a very thin ring. Glad to have my tub refilled. Eucalyptus Spearmint is an amazing scent.



Also just drove 2 hours to get this.... well, I drove 2 hours for something else. The store just happens to be near there. I got 2 tubs of conservatory, which is now called Mountain Rain. This older packaging has 7 oz of soap. His new tubs are wider and thinner and only have 4 oz. I like the diameter of the old tubs better anyway. Excited to try his aftershave too. I was one of his testers as he was developing it, and I went through 2 formulas. Looking forward to the end result. His barbershop smells amazing!
 
Nice buy! I may just pull out their Turkish Bath again for the 4th. I do like the smell on that one!

I always hated his old names. Turkish Bath means nothing to me, scent-wise. He renamed that one Barbershop! I agree, great scent.

Yeah, his old names gave an impression, but not a description of the scent. Here is a comparison of old versus new names:

Conservatory - Mountain Rain

Turkish Bath - Barbershop

Velvet Jacket - Tobacco Bay

Bowling Green - Eucalyptus Spearmint

Private Study - Bay Rum
 
Just in the house and still need to unpack but opened the goodies that arrived while I was away. First a stand for my Rockwell 6s. Then a couple soaps from LNHC. May have to stick them out in the heat to get them leveled in the tub. Must have been out in heat while on there sides in mailbox. Then I got another Skin Bracer Hand Bottle because I saw it on the bay for .99 cents and no bids with 14 minutes left. Bid .99 cents and low and behold I won. I may put my Aqua Velva in it to Compliment the Skin Bracer one.

Thanks, didn't really need another one but they are great bottles and for .99 cents I couldn't pass it up even with some shipping. Anyone need/want a glass Aqua Velva bottle?? Not vintage but glass non the less.
 
So Dave, do you have the right and left now?

also, just tap those LNHC tubs on the counter a few times and it’ll settle in the tub, it’s very soft.

Thanks for the tip on the soap. Have 2 right hands. Left they say is much harder to find but I really don't care. I just think they're cool bottles and $12 with shipping was good enough for me. Saw a right and left pair both nearly full and 1 with the tag card hanging from it for $40 shipping and starting bid combined. 1 bid on it already so didn't want to chase it on up.

Nope, these will need some heat or sitting awhile. Rapped it enough on table and no movement.......
