What’s new to you?

I hope you enjoy Port-au-Prince as much as I do. The mutton base feels a little different on my face.

I have Mitchels Wool Fat and a little puck of the Haslinger's, both are similar but not extremely different from most other soaps. I find duck tallow, bison and wagyu tallows different too. Mutton tallow and lanolin is a LOT-o sheep.

I'd like to hear your thoughts on Stirling mutton vs the other two. I've only used the Haslinger and Port-au-Prince. This actually might be cause for science.

A few different mail calls bunched into one.

Florida Water, Soap Commander Liberty set, Viktor and Rolf Spicebomb, Duke Cannon Seneca "Proper Cologne," Brew City Grooming Rolled Oud, Suavecito oil-based with original scent, and Brew City Grooming/B&M 42.

Edit: Almost forgot the A&E St Bart's, SV Tundra Arctica and SV Stella Alpina samples that KJ threw in the package. St Bart's smells amazing.

Of course there's the SC Honor sample, and the Karve that I bought from @Spider. Thanks again, KJ, I can't wait to use it!

Ignore the sink stuff, you smart alecks!

I had the soaps sitting on my desk until I left the office this evening and the Port-O_Prince scented the entire office. I’m a little afraid of that one now.
I didn't think it was that strong. I hope you at least enjoy the scent enough for it not to be too bothersome.

Nothing great. Picked these up in a junk store somewhere in the middle of nowhere, (Kentucky) for a buck apiece. The teeth on the Gillette long comb straight and unbent. Not sure what model it is. Don't have a clue about the other razor as there are no markings. The superspeed looks to be in pretty good condition as the doors open and close properly.20190806_091607.jpg

Maybe nothing amazing, but still a nice haul. It's hard to find things that work perfectly without any gross repair. Good stuff!

A lot better than the junk stores here!

The first on the left looks like some kind of Old Type clone; the posts look to short for it to be an actual Old Type. The middle one is your Super Speed of course. The third appears to be a Gillette NEW Long Comb.

Great finds! Hope the clean up Bill!
