What’s new to you?

Well the Generous and Caring spirit of the Cadre continues. I was having a bad day last Friday when it appeared my Rockwell 6s (after paying to get it Gunkoted) is lost and maybe, not sure yet, but likely unrecoverable except for $50 insurance. Next thin I know I get a pm from @NurseDave with a tracking number saying it ain't a razor but maybe something you'll enjoy. Well it arrived today. The 1 SBSW scent I'm missing and a back up CFG Easy Street Soap WITH the UNOBTANIUM and NOT to be made again Aftershave. He was even kind enough to send it Fed Ex instead of USPS !!! This place and the bonds formed over something as mindless as shaving never ceases to amaze me !! Thanks Brother, you made my day when you didn't have to.

A few things I’ve acquired over the last few days:

So it turns out that the Dubl Duck Razor I got from my dad was actually his. He only used it when he was in barber school and then moved to a barber straight once he graduated. The razor pictured above was my Grandfather’s. An F. A. Clauberg Tonsorial Gem.

The Spicy filled Jeep from @Dave in KY ’s Avon PIF via @uacowboy thanks guys!

The Dubl Duck previously mentioned. Kyle really outdid himself with this. Custom made Red Heartwood scales with a Purple Heartwood wedge. He was able to incorporate the trim pieces from the old (not original) scales. He also cleaned up the blade and got that shave ready. Now all I need is a strop and I’ll be ready to cut my face off 😂😂😂. Thanks again Kyle @uacowboy!
