Watch Wars: Part 2, The Tom Cruise stunt version
Looks like we had a late entry yesterday. Sorry Mark....next time be more prompt if you want your watch
misjudged.
So lets take a look at Mark's entry.....he of the excellent smelling Mark variety....
Very nice. Sleek....clean.....refined.....oh wait, I'm describing Mark. The watch looks great. Classic design. A proven time piece of exceptional quality. And nothing to detract from its presentation. I'd call this a solid entry.
Definitely would have been second yesterday. Today....we'll see how it places.
Next up Dave of the Rootin'est Tootin'est Wild Westin'est version.....
Oh very cool. Blue and very nautical. I feel a wave headed my way. I'm a fan of that watch band. I only hope its not pinchy.
But can we get some aloe on that hand? Its looking a bit dry and flaky there, mi amigo. Can't get judged on the watch if the arm presenting it looks like its been through a firestorm.
The watch more than makes up for your mishap......I'd say this is a very fine example of a water-loving watch.
Well....looks like those are our two competitors for the day...
The judges have taken
bribes time to ponder the merits of each entry.......and the winner today is:
Dave of the Blue version.
Mark's watch is great but the nifty band on Dave's sealed the deal today.
Show up tomorrow and I'll be finicky and unpredictable as ever.
