So dirty it's clean! Lol sounds weird but charcoal toothpaste does seem to work pretty well.
Hard to imagine,...well, of course-I haven't tried it yet(chuk yuk yuk yuk).
I use these two - both charcoal based. The Burt’s Bees is much less messy as far as charcoal toothpastes go.

picked up "Twice Oral wellness" toothpaste to use soon after I finish my Tom's of Maine tube.
I remember Close-Up! I haven’t seen that at my supermarket in years!
I started using it in my teens. Loved the nice cloves taste plus it's a bright red gel. Stuck to it since. Its a huge seller with that age bracket.
We just started using the Burts Bees, Its ok no complaints so far

Patanjali has crashed the toothpaste markets so bad that MNCs like colgate Palmolive and levers had to release products to stay relevant in the market.
Be warned, the two herbal toothpastes are strong !
Meswak is mild, tastes great just like original Meswak and is wonderful for the gums. I just finished one before I took out a close-up last week. Many in rural areas still chew on Meswak sticks and don't know who a dentist is.

When I was deployed to Djibouti, Africa I saw a lot of locals chewing on those.
Yeah, my only worry with “Red” is if it’s cinnamon. I don’t like that flavor, in very much. This was clove and mint. Definitely heavier on the clove. I enjoyed it. My girlfriend tried the meswak this morning and she said it tasted like black licorice. I’ll be trying that one tomorrow.
Meswak has a interesting flavor, kinda like a very light sweet Licorice but a whole lot better. Have really been digging the Indian toothpastes especially the Dant Kanti tooth powder and a red bottle one that has no English writing, Aurvedic and loaded with herbs & spices.
