I've been thinking about getting 1 gor quite awhile because even more portable thinking my Flair Pro 2 manual lever espresso machine for trzvelLet it never be said that we aren't a bunch of incorrigible enablers.![]()
Dude, if I could get a machine that went from a hopper of raw potatoes to done fries in 5 min, I’d be all over that!I just clocked 4 minutes and 24 seconds from pressing the go button to "ding fries are done."

I've never (yet... let's be honest here) used one myself, but I've heard good things.Seen this at Walmart and said "Why not" got some extra filters too. Definitely gonna compare it to yhe OXO Rapid Brewer when I get it.

I use one practically every day. Specifically the XL model. 16:1 ratio. 185 degree water. Fine grind, not espresso fine but just a bit more coarse.I've never (yet... let's be honest here) used one myself, but I've heard good things.
Thanks. I'll save that for if/when I get one.I use one practically every day. Specifically the XL model. 16:1 ratio. 185 degree water. Fine grind, not espresso fine but just a bit more coarse.
I use traditional setup not inverted. Add grounds. Initial pour of 90 grams of water. Stir for 10 seconds. Add the rest of the water. Insert plunger and let steep for 1:50. Remove plunger and stir for 10 seconds. Re- insert plunger and do a slow but steady plunge for 30 seconds and enjoy.
Are you using the original brew head or t one of the valves head accessory. I only got original since I got it from Wdlmart todayI use one practically every day. Specifically the XL model. 16:1 ratio. 185 degree water. Fine grind, not espresso fine but just a bit more coarse.

Cool that you have your own "private label" coffee. Do roast it yourself or is it made up for you?
