This is a valid point. I dug pretty deep to find my next soap to get the 3017 treatment. What remains of my SCS Fairway. All good things must come to an end.

Fact! Chris made one that's in the same wheelhouse, but it still leaves me wanting the original. I'm scared to use mine, I'll never finish it for that reason. It's one of the few soaps that I open from time to time, just to smell it.

Knowing how much KJ liked the original I set out to make something very close to it. I never made a full production run of Approach, it was essentially a custom one off for KJ.

Oh okay. Thank you for the information. Out of curiosity would you happen to know if there is anything similar out there now being made that is similar ? I would be interested in trying the scent if I could find a dupe made by anyone out there... TYIA for Any information you may be able to provide me. It will / would be much appreciated...

I don’t think there are any dupes that come close. KJ provided me with a small sample of the aftershave to work from, it’s very hard for me to describe other than to say it’s green, maybe a little wet but not outright grass (lawn). If you can get your hands on some fresh carrot tops (the green part), give it a deep sniff and that’s a good approximation.
