I've been picking one soap to finish off, hitting it hard during the week, and picking something different each Saturday morning (the end of my work week.) Rinse and repeat until the "heavy hitter" is killed off. It's not a true 3017, but it definitely helps thin the herd a little faster. Don't worry, there's still plenty in the herd to choose from.

My Palmolive stick(European) gave a wonderful send-off shave today. 66 great shave from this little stick'o'joy.

I lost track of the shave count, but it is somewhere in the 60s I think for the six ounce pour.
I started this one back before the Christmas season and paused on it for my Christmas shaves. This is one that I will buy again. It has a darn good fragrance.

I'll be taking July off from 3017 as I have a bunch of new soaps I need to get a couple uses on and we have a lot of vacation this month. Back on the train in August.

I sure can’t kill them like you do. This is my 130 g size MdC Original after 59 uses.

SC soaps do take forever to kill. Just a point as to their value as a value priced soap and worthwhile addition to our dens.

I’ve been wet shaving for 9 years and I think Ive only been able to finish 4 soaps(says something about my attention span, no?)…. Ask @CVargo for tips, he’s the master around here!
