Straight razor Journey

Cajun Blade Oud Wild soap, excellent lather and slickness. It loves alot of water. Wish the oud scent was a little stronger for my sense of smell othwise excellent.
Tedalus Essence Razor with Feather Proguard 2 passes almost BBS, so didn't bother with touch-up I was going to do with the Colorlamb razor pictured below soap. Got to try the other soap I got ftom Cajun Blade. Did a bowl lather, but think I'll face lather next time since that's what I usually do.

Almost back to 100%, with my shoulders, still a little sore in left shoulder where I had surgery to repair it. Definitely back to 2 handed shaving. Glad because 1 handed was awkward for me being not use to it.

Sterling Vanilla sandlewood soap balm and splash, love this scent.
Tedalus Essence Razor with Feather Proguard blade. PAA Atomic Rocket brush, shave Nation alum, Thayers Witchhazel Rose petal.

3 pass BBS with a real Straight Razor:
Boker Edelweiss 5/8
PAA Watcher Soap, balm , smells exactly like the Yardley Black I just got in. He nailed the scent with this 1. The Yardley Black was new old stock, still had original shipping plug box wasn't open until me. Scent reminds me of my grandfather is why I got it.

New razor yo the den.
1886-1908 Boker Tree Brand Manhattan Cutlery Co Sheffield England 13/16 Wedge Grind Barbers Notch. Celluloid Scales Straight Razor. Was suppose to be shave ready but wasn't. Just needed a little touch-up, pass packing peanut test.
2 pass bbs using Cajun Blade Boubon cowboy that I just got in also. Love the scent on this 1. I think I have all his soaps except the unscented now. Great soap.

New Feather Artist Club SS Razor clone with wood handle. And Kai Blades pictured. Nice shave. Blade is smooth, but wonder if the SS style holder making it milder than it is. Gonna stick blade in My Tedalus Essence Razor to try next. Barber Dave seems to like these blades in his Tedalus.

Razor: Tedalus Essence
Shave soap Duke Cannon from truck stop. Lathers pretty well. Decent slickness. Don't know why they sell straight razor and travel strop and this soap, but no shave brush.
Testing which AC guarded blade I like best.
Feather Soft guard is a platinum coated Proguard blade, it's last place because first use is a little draggy. Feather Proguard second , was my favorite. Kai Pink Captain Titan Mild Protouch MG is the smoothest overall best for smoothness and comfort. No. 1 in my book. All blades did accomplish 2 pass bbs. Kai wins because of most comfortable shave.

Got this soap Blue Moon Bay Rum after seeing all the PAA advent calendar shave video reviews on YouTube from several wet shavers I watch. My first Bay rum scented. Got several bay rum aftershave samples from PAA to try also. Probably get the Classico bay rum and the atomic Bay rum later. This 1 has moonflower and blueberry scent with the bay rum scent behind it. Love this scent. High demand caused back order so didn't get the holographic label. Used Galileo Galilei Straight Razor for a 3 pass DSS-BBS shave.

Decided to get out the Clasdic Samauri that I haven't used in ages. And of course I wasn't paying enough attention and cut my thumb while opening razor up to change blade(stupid me).
Usng cremo shave brush horse hair that @spidersent in my clownpuke soap gift box. And @cajunblade Bin Temps Barbershop shave soap I just got in a couple days ago. Grew a goatee and mustache out for awhile. This and straight razor are pretty hood at oulinibg it out, updated my name image or whatever you call thst.

I already have 1 horse hair brush made by Semoque, a little stiffer than a boar brush is what they say, but my 2 boar brushes are floppy. It's definitely stiffer than all the badger brushes I have.

Same setup as last time, except I accidentally did the cardinal since of touching down while not keeping the blade moving like @BarberDave recommends. Got a good cut on right cheek during crosshand first pass. Felt it as soon as it happened. Luckily my touch was so light it didn't go deep, alum block was able to stop bleeding. Continued to a DSS-BBS Shave. Definitely got a little too confident and relaxed on my technique. That cost me a little owie! Cremo horsehair brush has little to no backbone which is surprising compared to the Semogue Pharos-3 I have.

Hear goes my crazy sense of humor:
Caught a nasty stomach virus so was sick for most of the week. Just puking all over the place. Now tjat I'm better, gotta finally shave this hoboville off. So I thought to myself " been puking all this time might as well stick with it!🤣🤣🤣.

Soap TSC Con Clown Puke
Feather Artist Club SS Razor clone razor with Kai Blade first use.
Alum block
Thayers Witchhazel
Skin Bracer aftershave.
2 pass socially acceptable for today.
