Another excellent lather from the soap...richly creamy and very slick...
A good shave with this razor and blade pairing. Easy, smooth and comfortable in 3passes for a mostly bbs finish with 2 micros red dots. The tobacco leaf aftershave is so pure...tobacco leaf aroma!

Finally the air is fresh and it feels like Fall. Perfect day to break out Darkfall. As usual, the lather was assisted with the Dean Markwalter Orange Brush. Mowing down the whiskers was the Schick injector, with handle and coating by Scott Ferguson. The brush and razor are cherished by me. Orange is the color for leukemia organizations and Monday will mark the three-year anniversary and of my sister’s passing from that horrid illness. This was a fantastic shave and another morning I remember the goodness and kindness of my sister, who was always one of my closest friends. Have a great day everyone and stay safe. Sorry for the rambling post today.IMG_0421.jpg

Razor: Gillette Tech, late 40's
Blade: Durablade 7a.m HI Plat (1)
Brush: PAA Peregrino Synth, 24mm

Lather: Queen Charlotte Soaps, Vetiver

Post: Stirling Vetiver Witch Hazel & Aloe,
Fine Clean Vetiver Aftershave,
Guerlain Vetiver EDT

A good shave. The razor is mild to me. Not complaining. Some days I like a mild shave. The soap was good, not great.
The post shaves were excellent though. No nicks or weepers or razor burn.
Have a great day everyone

Good morning Cadre! Hope you're having a wonderful weekend.

Been a while since I last used this soap and splash and it reminded me why it's one of my favorites. Fantastic lather first and foremost but that scent!!! Rose + oud is ALWAYS a win with me! Wonderful!

Hope you have a great day. :)
