The Williams Mug Shave Cream face-lathered well with Jayaruh #438 Synthetic brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Fatip Grande razor and the PolSilver Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Speick After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

A few years ago I received a PIF from a friend of mine in South Africa because he wanted to get rid of a few of his soaps so he sent me this Albion. It’s a tallow based soap with a nice scent, it lathers awesomely, and it’s very skin friendly. I haven’t used very many soaps from the UK but this is one that I wouldn’t mind getting again. The Lubriderm moisturizer and the Canada Ceder aftershave were a great finish. Three passes gave a spectacular BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a pleasant evening.

A superb shave this morning! Returned to Floris and their excellent "Elite" suite of products. Great woody aromatic scent with incredible lather from the soap built with the Simpson badger brush for three passes with the Karve and I finished with alum, followed by the matching ASB & EdT

BBS bliss!!

I'm curious, which model Karve do you use? Also, do you own any other razors or is this one just nirvana for you?

This is their Christopher Bradley model in stainless steel. I own other razors, both modern and vintage, but I always get great results with this one so I've stuck with it. Occasionally I'll grab my Timeless TRBR38 or my RazoRock Game Changer but I always find myself returning to this one..

It's a beautiful razor. Why mess with perfection. Which plate are you using?

Thank you. The razor is brass, I don't know what the DLC (diamond like coating) is. For me, it's a great razor and one of my favorites. It delivers very efficient yet smooth shaves with many different blade brands.
