One-Blade-Challenge: Day 3
Williams 3017: Day 2
Slickness is always good with Williams, but the thickness today was a bit lacking, but that didn't seem to matter. Easy glide to a BBS. The puck has a strong aroma of Wild Country for sure. I will probably keep on this setup until the Barbasol Brisk runs out.
Razor: Timeless Bronze SB
Blade: Gillette Nacet (3)
Brush: Semogue 830 Boar
Soap: William Mug "Wild Willy" (mixed with Avon Wild Country)
Splash: Barbasol Brisk
Balm: EMJ Sig Mint

Great shave today! Really like the Soap Commander soaps and the fact that they're local is a bonus! Always good to support the local guys/shops. Great "Old Spice" scent! Fantastic!

Back from the desert house. Painters started Monday. Removed all furniture, including 2 full size organs, fridge, over/under stove/oven, washer, dryer; removed popcorn ceiling and wallpaper (all on Monday); prep work for protection of floors, carpet, and other items not requiring paint (Tuesday); began texture where wallpaper was removed and skip trowel ceiling texture (today). Thank goodness for licensed contractors! 3 brothers who have taken over their dad's business begun in 1976. These guys are 37, 39 and 40. Thank goodness they're craftsmen. S/B complete 5-7 days from start. Also, Tuesday Habitat for Humanity picked up many items that we are paying forward. A lifetime's accumulation!
Big decision now: whether or not to keep the place?? Complete remodel is required. Place was new in '84, so new bathrooms, kitchen, carpet, tiles, electrical switches, switch plates, receptacles and plates, new appliances, etc. Oi vey! Pretty much a first world decision, right?
Back to our program: New Simpson Berkeley 2 band silvertip brush, Moon Sorrento soap, Feather as-d2 and Feather blade.

Excellent quality soap! Very nice scent with thickly creamy and slick lather. The brush is just awesomely soft and wonderful.
Shave with razor paired with the blade was super smooth and comfortable especially during the atg. 3passes for a mostly bbs to dfs result without any issues. Excellent aftershave too. Rating today 10/10! Marvelous shave session!
