Will we be using Elfster or something similar?

No elfster this year. We discussed it, and talking together as owner's and with Rudolph we felt Elfster creates an "I want" vibe through the exchange where we would rather this be more of a surprise. Also with TSC still in its infancy we feel it should be easy to handle without a third party source like Elfster. In the future we might need to use Elfster though however.

I just want to say that Detail #3 is amazing! i.e. getting your Rudolph Buddy (is that what we're calling it now?) something that is local to you. This is something that I had always requested of my Bingle Buddy in the past, and was always what I liked best about what I received.

I also think that most of us, so far, have a pretty good "friendship" going with everyone on here in some way or another. As such, I'd think that most of us want our buddy to know who sent them what they received. I think elfster led to a lot of people wanting to remain completely anonymous, which in my opinion took a tiny bit of the fun out of it. You want to be able to thank someone after all is said and done, right?
