I haven't used anything other than the Shake Sharp lately and honestly I'm not tempted away, it's simply that much superior to any other DE and the form factor more likeable than my SE faves. TJ cream mixed with my homemade oil yield an unbelievably good one pass head shave. Twin BIC blades per usual.
Vib'Raz with plate from my Japanese Bon OC travel razor, Kai blade (2). Very efficient, though because pressure is required it's not hard to stray into dangerous territory with a nick near my ear to prove the point.
Have used the Tech OC the last couple days. With the Kai its performance is better than expected but nothing magical. With twin Kai blades the Shake Sharp just breezes through stubble the Tech leaves behind..
Not my idea, credit Josh aka Subie Shaves, Winning Razor head on a working Stahly handle. Awkward of course but it does completely solve the weird suction issue with the head and delivers great results (Kai blade). Handle is in great condition and has enough juice to complete my usual multidirectional pass on my head. Will try this again with MDC as the little holes in the baseplate do clog with the oil/TJ cream I'm using lately.
Rex Envoy/Schick Proline. Credit Josh aka Subie Shaves for the idea. Very mild but reasonably efficient. I'd prefer more exposure. Clean up with the similarly equipped Mark Cross which has a bit more blade to work with
