Alright so had my 13th shave this morning. Weighed my tub when I got home from work with the lid off. It's at 108 grams. When I started it was 170. So that means 62 grams used so roughly 4.75 grams per use.
If I use Dave's weight of just the tub and deduct that. I think I have 17 shaves left. Which would put me right at 30 shaves on a full tub, and ending on 1/31 assuming I shave every day through end of month.

Here is my pre shave weight today after 8 uses.

so what was the difference? I bloomed the soap today. I have been heard Chad do this I think so I decided to try it and see how it would affect the shave. What I found is that it loaded significantly faster and also whipped up faster but otherwise no difference to me. That tells me that at least in my case all blooming really does is wash 1.5ish grams of soap down the drain unused.
Prior to this the only soap I have ever bloomed was MWF.

Well, the cheater has made another move. I transferred what was left in the tub to a mug. After tonight’s shave I have maybe 2 left....but You might might wanna put an asterisk next to that 2 ???.

Sure you’ll be finished with your CFS and go back to your life or rich luxurious shave soaps while those that honestly set out to live the next 2-3 months with a 2nd rate soap. But deep down you will carry the guilt that you accomplished nothing extraordinary with your January.
Oh who am I kidding. I am so jealous.

And this kids, is how the stranger with three names ended up getting 20 tubs of the same soap from 20 different people.
