A bit wouldn’t hurt, sure! This is another reason regular use of a soap is also helpful…most times, assuming you don’t leave it uncovered, it’ll have been soaked just enough already! Also, depending on the other soaps you’re mixing it with, sometimes the moisture of those soaps will soften the harder soap naturally.

This is an example of how someone living on the coast...near a very large body of water.....forgets that some of us live where the humidity sometimes gets into the single digits.
