Monday, boooo. The weather forecast has flip flopped about 4 times for this week, now trending back to a bit warm; so I guess we’ll just have to see what happens.
 
Was able to get a run in today, thank goodness. A bit humid and lukewarm out with little breeze, but halfway was the beach for a minute’s rest, so good motivation. A few walks on the return trip but I did OK overall. It’s been months since I’ve hit over 4 miles. Crazy what a couple minor illnesses will do to you.

Ends up we’re getting some of that rain…which is great! Verging on a cool morning, a bit muggy. It’s a pretty light drizzle right now but I wouldn’t mind if it picked up to something a bit more heavy.
