Shave #225 (1280 Open Blade Shaves) of 2025:

Gear: Tedalus Essence, Feather ProGuard blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ pony synth brush, Clown Puke soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, some kind of AS, and Pinaud Citrus Musk to finish!

Starting the work day off with a meeting first thing, then catch up from the long weekend. Thank goodness for some cool marine layer this morning. I hope it doesn’t burn off too quickly!

or putting it another way.... Failure to plan is planning to fail.

I know a few in their early-mid 20s that are already on the path to home ownership in the Toronto area (and it ain't cheap) and saving towards retirement.

Shave #227 (1282 Open Blade Shaves) of 2025:

Gear: Tedalus Essence, Feather ProGuard blade, Yaqi Rainbow w/ pony synth brush, Clown Puke soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe, Nivea Sensitive AS Balm, some kind of AS, and Dior Homme Cologne to finish!

This soap will be excused from solo duty this weekend and retired into the clown puke.
 
It's like Logan's Run meets Soylent Green only with soaps.

Good catch! I forgot to change my soap used back to the Jeeves Turkish Bath I’d had before.

For being a short work week…it felt longer than it should have at times. OT workout later tonight in lieu of one tomorrow!

A nice sleep-in this morning! Much needed. Going out for a walk before it gets too hot, then back for the usual chores.
