If you have to do something...

Tired! Nothing a glass of cold brew can’t fix though. I’ve taken to making a certain mix that I enjoy - half glass of cold brew, couple tablespoons of whipping cream, fill up the rest of the way with milk, add a 1/2-3/4 teaspoon of brown sugar...yummy!
Now that sounds like a great drink! I'll have to try it! I have been trying to replicate the Almond Milk Cocoa Foam that Starbucks has on their cold brew. I haven't quite perfected yet...but I am close.

Fancy schmancy! I do like their caramel cloud cold brew. Well...I mean it tastes good but given the choice between that or more coffee, I’d prefer more coffee. As good as it tastes, that foam takes up some valuable coffee cup real estate 😂

Shave #288 (449 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: Feather AC SS folding, Feather Pro blade, Gillette Pre-war Tech, Wizamet blade, SV/TSC Il Re Tasso d’Oro brush, SV 70th soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe blend, SV 70th AS, and Guerlain Vetiver to finish!

Corona Virus Official Day 213:

Today was that super busy morning that rolls around every two weeks now - up early, get the kids fed and in classes, couple hours of yard work, get kids fed lunch and back in class. It’s just like 5 hours of tight, timed schedule...it’s boo lol.

Shower n shave was a great period of recovery though (minus the one child person that interrupted the shave right at the beginning to go 💩). Carried through the green theme (carried over from yard work? 😂). Excellent all ‘round though!

Have a good Wednesday all!

...and don't you have the tiny bathroom where you have to flip the toilet down to have 'shelf space'? Yikes, major interruption, if your shave gear is all out. [emoji3525]

Shave #289 (450 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: Feather AC SS folding, Feather Pro blade, Gillette Pre-war Tech, Wizamet blade, SV/TSC Il Re Tasso d’Oro brush, CBL Aquatic Oud soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe blend, Lucky Tiger AS, and Avon Oland to finish!

Corona Virus Official Day 214:

Decent morning, only improved by a good shave.

Wanted to use one of my Avon scents today; I don’t get around to them all that often, even though I find them fairly pleasant for the most part. With the exception of Spicy and Deep Woods though, I have a hard time remembering the scent profiles (too lazy to look it up too I guess lol). Reached for Oland today...probably would have been better with Sir Fougere and Pitralon than Aquatic Oud and Luck Tiger...oh well! Still shave excellence!

Decent day ahead with my mentoree meeting this afternoon and an open schedule until the missus heads off to class this evening.

Have a great Thursday all!

Shave #290 (451 Open Blade Shaves) of 2020:

Gear: Feather AC SS folding, Feather Pro blade, Gillette Pre-war Tech, Wizamet blade, Stirling 2-band synth brush, Stirling Agar soap, homemade witch hazel/aloe blend, Skin Bracer AS, and Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb Nightvision to finish!

Corona Virus Official Day 215:

Up a bit early to get the kids going...just means I get to shave earlier too and smell better, longer!

Great shave though! A tad heavy handed with the Feather SS but no real harm done. Top notch scent choices all around...hardware performed wonderfully. Today was first use of a Spicebomb sample...fun, darker, spice scent. I’d been curious about it for a while since it seems to be a favorite of a few. Probably not 100% Chris but it ain’t bad neither!

Have a great Friday all. Ya made it!
