Corona Virus Official Day 3:
Up a tad early today, not because I had to take the kids to school or have date morning, like a normal Wednesday, but I had to clean up and be out the door to drop the truck off for some PM and get in to work. Not a bad thing, that I get to have “normal” workday hours for a couple weeks!
Shave was great. Vector/Feather Pro combo firing on all cylinders!
More morning meetings were had at the church yesterday between leaders, we are going to be totally closed down on weekends and during the week, for now only a few “essential” people are going to be allowed on campus. One to answer the phones if needed, one opening custodian, and one closing to perform cleaning tasks. Everyone else is to be working from home. We’ve done the bulk of our normal cleaning now, so it’s mostly disinfecting and detail cleaning now. Easy days, but tedious.

Pretty much going to be the same day as yesterday. Only variants this morning were a shower before the shave and different scents used in the shave, before heading out the door to work. Still a pleasant waking hour for sure.

Tomorrow morning I get an opening shift. Next week, the full timers are cut down to 20 hours working, but still being paid full time thankfully. It’s the week after we’re worrying over. Hoping if things do go sideways as far as work, I can cash in what vacation and sick days I have. We’ll see, we aren’t there just yet!

Wanted to sleep in this morning, but yeah...that didn’t happen.
After some chores and cleaning up an unexpected doggie accident, I got my shave on! May as well live it up a bit while I’m stuck at home, so I decided to steer my shave towards the use of TF Noir Extreme. Great shave and I would agree with one Fragrantica assessment that it edges on gourmand; it’s very sweet, smooth vanilla and neroli/cardamom. It’s a bit reminiscent of PR 1 Million, but without that party boy RBF vibe.
Not much planned today otherwise. Hoping for some quality gaming time! We’ll see how much I can get away with under the nose of the missus lol.

Corona Virus Official Day 6:
Finally felt relaxed enough to sleep in a little this morning. Had a breakfast of Eggs, rice, spam, n coffee. Had a leisurely pace; no where to be...felt like a real Saturday morning.
Ran out for one errand, then came back and decided to look useful under the gaze of the all-seeing eye. It’d been a while since I’d fully cleaned up the grass and trimmed along the fence line, so I opted to bang out a full lawn job for a few hours.
Came back in, showered and had a refreshing 3 pass shave - WTG, XTG, and reverse XTG, no ATG. Barely a dip of the Big Bruce in the AOS Bourbon, a little work up, and I had oodles of rich lather to skate along on. Finished up with a few partial spritzes of ADG Absolu Instinct and mmmmmm-MMMmmmm, ready to settle in for the afternoon/evening.
Hope Saturday has been treating ya all well!

Corona Virus Official Day 7:
Slept in till 10:00 this morning...sweet! Definitely felt rested. Nice lazy morning!
So a few hours of yardwork bought me the entire afternoon/evening and a lazy morning after...noted!
Sat the family down after a nice home cooked pancake breakfast to watch our pastor’s message. With my wife’s new computer, we can watch it on the TV with an HDMI plug in.
Did decide to wash the doggies, the German Shepard mix particularly gets stinky, it doesn’t help that she has a host of other skin issues too. Poor beast doesn’t get much of a break.
Also dealing with a growing pile of wood and refuse along our side street fencing. We’ve called the authorities to report it but they’ve yet to come out and clear it. Some folks around here love to anonymously dump their unwanteds in piles on random side streets here. It’s one of the remaining issues of this up-n-coming area that needs to hurry up and happen. Just like the TP hoarders, it’s those select people that just don’t care to think about what their actions are doing...junking up the streets because they could handle their own business except to dump it on someone else...poor thinkers trying to drag others down with them.
Anyway, enough of that. Great Sunday morning, well Sunday early afternoon really, shave. Second use of this TF Ombré Leather and I am sold. If I ever get the chance for full bottles of this and Oud Minerale at a good price, I’d love to pull the trigger. Ombré might be a bit more difficult to pull off in the dead of summer, but it’s right up there with Minerale in terms of scent and enjoyment at the top of the TF heap for me...probably my favorite scents overall right now!
