If you have to do something...

Dang, bad luck for you guys and having to get the work done. But terrible for your coworker that sounds like he’s made of glass. Any chance you can go to a temp agency for someone for fill in for a while?

We’ll just say he doesn’t take his health choices very seriously and hasn’t for a long time. Now he’s seeing the results.

I don’t know if my boss (who does the hiring) has thought of that or not. The only problems with that might be the significant public “face time” the role can have, requiring purposeful friendliness while working and making accommodations. Most janitors, at least the ones I’ve dealt with, aren’t that friendly or people oriented, lol.

Shave #321 (365 Open Blade Shaves) of 2019:

Gear: iKon X3 slant, Personna blade, Yaqi SF synth brush, CBL 50 SoV soap, generic witch hazel, Thayer’s Medicated, and Dior Sauvage frag to finish!

Shave #323 (365 Open Blade Shaves) of 2019:

Gear: Schick M Adjustable, Supply blade, Yaqi SF synth brush, CBL Money tonsorial soap, witch hazel/aloe blend, Man Dom AS, and Jean Philippe 1 Million clone frag to finish!

Already been up n at em for a couple of hours and already at work. Morning shift...whoop whoop!

Went easy-peasy with the shave today after a warm, wake-the-heck-up shower. The Schick Adjustable glided along the Money tonsorial lather. Easy as a cart, but a heckuv a lot nicer feeling! Topped off with a base of that stiff powder, sandalwood AS that is Man Dom and a few hits of the sweeter, smoother 1 million clone. Wrapped myself up in my shemagh against the morning chill, and was out the door before anyone else had even worked up yet.

Should be an easy shift. Get to do the same tomorrow.

Last night, went through the box-o-junk I was so kindly sent by my TSC buddies. Most of it went straight to the rubbish bin, some of the seemingly more worthy stuff I saved and will figure out to do with. I made the missus take a whiff of the burnt rubber/fecal matter mixture that is Night Music...she said it just smelled like soap, neither bad nor good...true story. 🤮

Have a great Tuesday all!

Good stuff Chris! My wife and I also smell different things in soaps. It’s amazing how different smell and taste can be between people.

Shave #324 (365 Open Blade Shaves) of 2019:

Gear: RR GC .68, Astra SP blade, RR Big Bruce synth brush, SS Citrus & Bay soap, generic witch hazel, Thayer’s Medicated, Bootlegger’s Bay Rum AS, and Rosemary/Cinnamon/Lime EO to finish!

Been up and at em early again for another morning shift. Last scheduled one for now, but it’s been nice!

Swapped the Schick for the .68 GC and slathered on all the Bay Rum-ish goodies. Topped it off with some extra zing from Bootlegger’s and generous spritzes of Rosemary/Cinnamon/Lime EO.

Let the dogs out as is my morning habit, right before I head out the door...and wouldn’t you know it when they scamper back inside after their business, I get a gnarly whiff of Night Musi-...I mean fecal matter. Darn it! The older pooch stepped in something’s something while wandering around out in the dark. So the rest of what free time I had in the morning was chasing her around, cleaning up her poo prints and washing off her paw...lol.

Anyway, happy Wednesday all!
