Chad's adventures of shaving, officiating, and life

Chad looking super debonair with the hat! And since he said snacks, that means he bought a lot of boxes of bacon wrapped shrimp?

On a related note...I'm supper happy that Costco is now carrying Pasture Raised Eggs!

Those are the eggs we buy. Eggs are one item I won't skimp on. They taste so much better. There's a farm down the road I like to get eggs from also. So GOOD. I'd love chickens at home. Perhaps one day as I do like fresh eggs.

And when I was putting the items on the conveyor belt guess what I saw next to the thick cut bacon I bought? TURKEY bacon! What game is my wife playing?

And don't dog on my hat! Lol

The comedian was great. Kellen Erskine look him up. He had some pretty good humor. And I must be honest while I do like dirty and raunchyhumor, but when a guy is this clean and does not even swear and he has me laughing hard. That's pretty good in my book.

Spence Roper was the other guy he is local to Utah and opened up. He was also very funny. I hope he makes it.

I have to agree Chad. When a comedian can make you crack up and do so while using clean language, you know he’s really funny. Did you and the wife get picked on at all by the comics? A lot of times when they put you in the front row, they do it on purpose lol.

It was all general admission and we showed up about 15 min before show started. Those where only seats left so they put us there. Not picked on at all.

Razor: Razorock Game Changer
Blade: Gillette 7 O'Clock Black (3)
Soap/cream: Victory Shaving Bombardier
Brush: TSC Member Brush
Aftershave1: Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Florida Water

Today was a very nice shave. I grabbed a soap I haven't used in a long time, and was reminded just how good it is. It paired real well with the Florida Water too.

Today I received some samples from Dave in KY so I'll use those before the 1st when I switch to the Chiseled Face 3017.

Homefront

Wife and I had a great day yesterday, and just enjoying a day of football today.

Yesterday I recorded my shave. Did not track it here.

We had a pretty big storm hit, was without internet for a tiny bit so free time was outside clearing snow, and other stuff like that.

Today I skipped the shave as I had to head downtown to get Megan's car scheduled maintenance. But first clear another 5 inches of snow. It is a regular winter wonderland here.

I do have a pork belly in the smoker and going to have some people over for the Ute bowl game. So needless to say yes I am still behind.

Sorry guys I am behind on journals but I am trying to stay up to speed on everything else. Perhaps tonight or tomorrow morning while everyone is still asleep I can get caught up.

Hope you all have a wonderful new years eve!

It's all rain here as well, looking like it'll be about 12 hours worth. Very picturesque scene, Chad.

I'm guessing the skiers are happy.
