CBL version of Williams Tonsorial Shaving Soap

Bowl lathered with a Yaqi synth this morning and, as expected, pure shaving bliss. Badger, horse, and synth have all performed well with this soap and I expect my boar tomorrow to do more of the same. This truly is a soap that is on a level footing with the best of them. Yes, even my P.160.

I was gonna send you some @ShawnF, I just need to get my act together. I still owe you for the iron work you've done for me in past (I am a proud owner of a custom knife which I paid ZERO dollars for). I can't afford to send everyone a puck but I have enough of the tester soaps to go around, I'll get them packaged up and find a way to get them into the hands of those who want them as cheaply as possible. ...then I'll get working on the production batches.

Those sound nice and are some i will have to try and get sometime to try..
 
I used the J**** scent this morning, but all I am get is the S** F****** scent as they were stored together.... and that's not a bad thing at all! Perhas another can weigh in on the scent profile and accuracy. I am told that the J**** and O****** S**** are from a slightly different formula, but honestly, we would be quibbling over pennies in a million dollar lottery winning if I was to try to talk about differences.

Loading with my boar was just as quick and easy as expected, with the face lathering experience being a treat. Face feels great afterwards as well; looks are another matter entirely (we're not all as blessed as @Somnos in that department).
 
Adds to the mystery and excitement! :p ..... plus, I'm not sure if J**** is a one-off or not and decided to continue the trend
 
I received that wonderful soap myself and looking forward to giving it a go. @woodpusher though I do admit that wonderful looking image in the mirror is me...I don’t look for too long! LOL

The J****(ooh the mystery) was/is very much a KJ focused project and will definitely not be done again in its current form, the scent is just not what I was shooting for. Fortunately, the scent is clean and enjoyable enough and the performance is quite nice (I have been using it too). I was packing up the remaining pucks this morning and did get some of the scent I was looking for off the puck but I doubt many will be able to truly appreciate it.

On a more positive and exciting note. I am gearing up to make the rest of the tester pucks available to the masses (and yes KJ, I will set some of those oatmeal delights aside for your shower)

Man. I am gonna have to get some of that Oatmeal stout at least. Can't wait to give this new soap a go for sure!

Well, I’ve got about 20 pucks of the beta batch and plan to make 30-60 tubs when I make it again...the question is whether I make half TONSORIAL formula and half premium or all TONSORIAL formula. *my plan was to make half and half because i don’t have any in premium right now.
 
im glad to hear all the positive talk i know what i will need to try when it becomes available.

When will you announcing the price point for the Monkey Pucks?
