Hello Mr. P. I also really like Polsilvers and GSB blades so based on your recommendation I took a flyer on those Wizamet blades and placed an order. They should arrive about the time when I get back to Florida. Thanks for the heads up as I must prepare myself for the View attachment 10187BladeMageddon desert that I am sure is headed our way.

currently in Amarillo, TX

I seen them caddy's many times. If still in Amarillo you gotta go to Palo Duro Canyon. Beautiful. Stayed in one of the 3 buildings built on the cliff edge by the CCC. Sat on the roof withe a bottle of Vino watching the sun set. Yeah, I'm a romantic....

2019 Shave # 297 ( 350 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Q Shave
Blade: Sputnik (1)
Brush: Stirling Synthetic
Soap: Stirling One
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Stirling One

Had a nice shave today with a Q Shave razor and Stirling One. The Q Shave does have quality control issues. I couldn't visibly see the difference but I definitely felt that 1 side was more efficient than the other side and ended up shaving with just the 1 side of the razor. It has a bulky head making it difficult under the nose and the handle felt like it could slip from my grip a time or two. All in all a nice shave though. Thanks @NurseDave Perhaps a pass around is in order with it if there is interest with enough Dave's or people that don't mind "David" scrolled on their handle. 😂 Have a great day Cadre !!!

I noticed 2 of those issues with the Merkur when I had it. Slippery handle and the large head was a bit awkward in some places.

Well ya didn’t have to shave with the dumb thing! I view is as purely for ornamental purposes.

Another Stirling Shave for Stirling Week @Joe Hackett

2019 Shave # 298 ( 351 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Enders Speed Shaver
Blade: Schick Proline (1)
Brush: Sorrentino Orange Crush
Soap: Stirling Triumph
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Stirling Triumph
Fragrance: Paco Rabanne Invictus

Had some stupid good lather going and the shave with the Enders razor was as smooth as could be. I couldn't feel the blade at all and had to go over spots more since I'm not used to that. Then I realized the Proline are slightly shorter blade and you can move it forward to more blade exposure or back for less. I didn't have it forward enough so I pulled the holder out and slid the blade more forward to full stop and reinstalled the holder. Now we're feeling enough to know what we're doing. The Eels are chasing the Dolphins off their lawn today boyz. Man I dig this scent as my FAVORITE of Stirlings. Mammoth painting was done but not on video. Can't say how many sprays of the Invictus happened as I lost count. Going to do the Toy Store account this morning for a shorter day. No stupid fun today but Have a great day Cadre !!!!
