Bingo Game #39 - The T.M.I. Trivia Edition

Our computer has been occupied all day so I haven’t gotten to search for the calls yet

Hi there. Can we have some *better* calls to get this thing going already?

I'm shocked....shocked, I say, to learn that someone is unhappy with my bingo calls.
You shouldn't be. Counting or otherwise, I didn't get to mark my card from yesterday's calls at all. No wonder they didn't let you win bingo until now. Don't blow this chance!!

Oh man, I feel the pressure building to get this trivia question right today.

I think he needs to post the answer first so we know he’s not just making up the opposite answer from what is picked. AGAIN.

I'm sensing a Bingo infraction coming on.....Unnecessary Roughness of the Caller......15 yards and loss of a good number.

Keep this up Steven..... and you may be getting a new Home.... Underground of course. You'll get the reference. Interstate 15 and Stoddard Wells Road might be nice, LOL

Here we go!

I made my career as a draftsman but I've had several other "jobs" over the years....and not in fields I ever thought I might get into.....

So....was I

1. The roadie for a band

2. The equipment manager for a minor league baseball team.

So a quick search of this site reveals you mentioning once that you were a roadie for your friend’s band :

Post in thread 'What's blasting in your headphones?'
What's blasting in your headphones?

I’m going with option #1! (Final answer)

Ding, ding, ding.....

We have a winner!

I was a roadie in a band.

I went to see a band (The Outfield) and the opening band was really, really good. So after the show I talked with the guys and signed up for their mailing list (the internet was still a bit new) and I started going to see all their shows. Eventually at one of the shows, I offered to help carry some of the equipment and from that point on, I was the roadie. I set up drums, plugged in guitars, ran cords and broke everything down after each show. It was a lot of fun and I’m still really good friends with one of the guys and every so often, we get together and play guitars and I’m immediately reminded that I’m not that good. He's REALLY good.

So.. @EMG06 ...what number would you like to call?
