2lbs Mozzarella
2lbs Hot Buffalo Cheddar
4lbs Extra Sharp Cheddar

Will vacuum seal it tomorrow and have to wait 3 months for the smoke to mellow out before I can try it.

I've never tried it before. But it seems like something that I'd like. Especially when smoked up.
