The BBQ sauce put it over the top, I had to use some different ones as Sharon cant handle the hot one, and If I would have put that on her slab of ribs I would be as dead as the rest of the crew on the space ship @CVargo @mvargo @uacowboy
 
That sauce is good. I did a pork butt in mine. I need more I need to search it out online.
 
The beef ribs turned out nice—about a 7 hour cook without wrapping. Of course I failed to take a picture 😞 Very fatty and juicy; a lot of similarities with burnt ends. Beef ribs might be one of the best “bites” in bbq, but man they are rich!

I did some Thanksgiving practice today—apple pie!

I dunno what apple pie has to do with Thanksgiving, but that one does look perfect.
