It is a T-Bone and I heat 1/4 of the grill ( 2 burners ) on low tll it reached 230/250 PLaced the steaks on cold side the ( Turning once) until internal temp gets to 95/100 ( RARE) take them off the grill and fire up all burners till it is about 650-700 degrees and place a cast iron pan in the grill as well. once heated I place the steaks on for 30 seconds a side to get grill marks, then take a 1/2 stick of butter and add Rosemary into the cast iron pan then sear the steaks 10 seconds a side or until crisp and baste with the butter and rosemary. let the steaks rest and they should be Rare to medium rareHow did you do the sear?
