Chad's adventures of shaving, officiating, and life

And honestly I am now at the point with my Game Changer, Timeless, and Parker Variant I can't think of another DE razor that I want. I know I say that now and we shall see but it's true.

Until Karve comes out with a SS version...

Nice shave Chad. There has been a lot of praise for the quality of Sue’s products. I wish I had known about them earlier. Yesterday was a nice tribute by many members here.

Your birthday evening looked like a great time! Have a good game tonight!

Thanks Chris

Very nice remembrance shave, Chad.

Thanks Eric.

Yesterday was a good day. Nice to see all the pics.

Razor: Timeless .68
Blade: Topaz Platinum (2)
Soap/cream: Chiseled Face Trade Winds (4)
Brush: Wolf Whiskers with Envy White Knot
Aftershave1: Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Chiseled Face Trade Winds (4)

Well back to the 3017 today and another great lather followed by a great shave. I am using a little over 5 grams per shave so only about 25 or 26 shaves left. I am burning thru this a little faster than I expected. But hey the shaves are good so that's okay.

Well had a great game yesterday that went down to the wire. The team that won hit a bucket with 2 seconds remaining to go up by 1. What a finish. The game was entertaining and one of my best officiated games of the season I feel. So no real complaints at all. Today we are taking the kids to this. Hoping it is a good time

Well today's shave the lather was perfect and the aftershave was awesome. But sadly the bad blade challenge reared it's ugly head and a bad shave was had. Bound to happen while doing this challenge but all is good. On to the next one.

Have a storm hitting currently but it is supposed to be a fast mover. However there is plenty of snow falling sadly in the short term. I really hate the snow and everything it brings. I would like to move south if possible. But sadly that is not in the cards right now.
We are heading out in a little bit for my Christmas lunch/dinner with family. Looking at the traffic cameras should be okay if we can make it out of the neighborhood. Darn weather anyhow! Skies should clear this evening then round two hits over night into tomorrow which means another fun commute into work. UGH! Can you tell how much I hate winter? Anyways have a good day cadre.

Razor: Razorock SLOC
Blade: Parker (3)
Soap/cream: Chiseled Face Trade Winds (6)
Brush: Rudy Vey 2016 Group Buy
Aftershave1: Humphrey's Witch Hazel
Aftershave2: Chiseled Face Trade Winds (6)

Well today's shave went much better than yesterdays and I am happy with the results. The SLOC paired with the Parker blade just delivered a PERFECT shave. BBS+ and super close. The CFG soap continues to provide great lathers on this 3017 adventure and only 6 shaves in probably 25 or so more to go.

Well yesterday we went out as a family for my birthday with the parents and grandparents etc. Was a nice day at a family style Italian restaurant I ate way to much pasta but it was so good. The storm is is getting ready for round 2 which should make for a fun ride home today from work. Plenty of snow in the yard just happy I have a snow blower as I would hate moving this thick heavy wet snow with a shovel.

As, I guess that answers my question about our rain turning into your show.

We are supposed to hit 74 degrees today. But then the temp starts dropping again. Bipolar weather here in the winter.

Good luck with the snow. I know most folks will hate me for saying it but i really need at least one snowstorm in the NJ/NY area. Just doesn't feel like winter. So weird this year.
