Once I get a fresh blade after OBF I'll be able to get a better feel for it, but even with a blade with 24 uses on it it performs very well.

Received this today... I can thank @dangerousdon for the soap order (enablers!). The razor head will probably be a toss away, but I will give it a go first. It looks darn wicked on the Halo handle. A castle razor? The Rook? I guess we'll see if it sticks around long enough to deserve a nickname. Lol.

This evening I received my complete sample pack of stubble buster soaps. Decided to give them a try based on the recommendation of @dkeester and @CBLindsay .
Haven't had a chance to sit down and really smell them all, but from the first few I can see they are definitely light. I look forward to many new shaves over the coming months. [emoji106]

I was given some shiseido aftershave by a guy from another forum, I liked it a lot. The guy was really into Japanese aftershave’s and sent me a few to try, they were all a little different from the typical scent profiles but well worth having more of. That’s a cool find. Funny, because I kind of thought it smelled soapy and there you have it...a soap. Shiseido was nice but there was one other that I liked better, I just can’t recall the name.

Nice KJ, always though those tins were nice. Will a Gem blade work in the lather catcher like some do?
