The blades are so sharp, they need to be used almost like a hover craft. Just remove lather, don't go for whiskers. If they touch hair, it explodes, so there's no need to use any pressure whatsoever. Anyway, good luck next time.

I am always amazed how an activity that has such a macho, he-man, gonzo reputation, really is a delicate, tender exercise. You can't bully a straight razor, fyi. It will win 100% of the time . . . .

Exceptional shave and results compared to yesterday and NO Ringers Lactate was needed. Haven' hit the Tom Ford yet but put a spritz on my wrist last night before bed and still smell it although faintly. Will hit it before going out the door this morning.
