Bourbon Country Shave Journal - Dave in KY

I remember smelling Savannah Sunrise a few years ago during a sample passaround. It smelled amazing, and I'm still not sure why I didn't pull the trigger on a tub immediately. Probably because there were over 200 samples and I had to prioritize.
WOW, 200 samples !! That would be tough on decision making and the wallet for sure
Those were epic pass-arounds! Several large flat rate boxes of nothing but soap samples! Those pass-arounds really shaped how I view soaps and scents!

It was the same with me. Those were the days. Big box o samples, a bag of coffee beans, and my sniffer.

Finally got caught up with one at least... I was 10 pages behind...

Yes, getting old after taking a lot of abuse over the years is rough. Take note, and take care @bentheduck

Dave, the bathroom is looking good! Really like the tile choice and my cabinets are cherry with just about the same countertop too. (y)

Good looking setup Dave! I almost pulled the trigger on Deton-8.
It's..........................amazing, you'd love it. Ask @bentheduck ;)

I LOVE cherry, These are stained like cherry but I believe oak. Thanks Shawn
You gotta get a full bottle of Spicebomb, dude. I fell in love with it when I got my Noble Otter Kaboom set.
Oh, I'm gonna for sure but Spices Boom actually has good longevity so no hurry.

I like the Kaboom name better. I assume they changed it due to NO having it too.
Yup. Rod had no idea that the name had already been used. Him and Cody at NO were classy about the ordeal, though. I've been reaching for my Oleo Wayoh set more frequently because it's not a limited set.
