Bourbon Country Shave Journal - Dave in KY

2019 Shave # 277 ( 330 Consecutive Shaves )
Razor: Enders Speed Razor
Blade: Schick B-Proline (1)
Brush: Stirling Synthetic
Soap: CBL Orange Dirt
Aftershave 1: Humphrey's Alcoholado Maravilla
Aftershave 2: Terre D'Hermes
Fragrance: Terre D'Hermes

Tried the Proline B blades @bentheduck sent me and man at 1st I thought it was okay, but as the shave progressed I felt how rough they were. Actually bailed and went to another razor by the 3rd pass. Great shave otherwise and thanks for letting me try these Ben.......................now what to do/who to send them to 🤪 Maybe I'll try it in an Injector razor to see if there's a difference in razors. I have no idea what the temps were in New Orleans yesterday. But where I was it was almost 100. Our temps are all in the mid 90s still and add the humidity (right now sitting at 89%) the relative temps get higher. Either way...SUPPOSEDLY we are getting cooler weather next week. Personally...I won't believe it until it is actually here. I am so over summer. I think I am moving to Maine with John @The Monkey were the weather is cooler!

I just saw a weather animation. The front on Thursday isn't going to effect us too much, but the one on Monday/Tuesday should bring the good stuff.

Also, Dave, I'm sorry the blades didn't work for you. Definitely try one in a jectah for science!
 
Nice shaves Dave! I had a lot of catching up to do, some new stuff, didn't expect that Invictus ;) But than we had a little storm, and my internet broke, again, so I'll leave videos for another time, and since I skipped couple of months, there's also couple of posts from Don:ROFLMAO:
