It's easy to forget how fragile we really are.

The ability of the human body to restore itself never ceases to amaze me. Yes, we are fragile and no day is guaranteed, but given half a chance the human body can endure. It's almost as if Life is a force of its own, willing itself to overcome physical setbacks.
