Yeah, until you start trying to figure out how to break into safes and then there’s bank vaults and then there’s the whole oceans 11 thing😅

Then you have to learn how to surf. Then you have to buy a bunch of dead presidents masks. This will cost you more than wet shaving.

Alright, on to working matters. Found a great example of a bucket handle tear in a journal article I was reading this morning.

For some context this is a fluid sensitive MRI and in ‘B’ you can see the Tibia at the bottom.
 
This morning I am reviewing VCUG with the med students (image from RadilogyKey online). This particular example shows bad reflux into these tubes.
