Parfum d’Empire - Iskander
The dark citrus is here! Opens with a musty lemon or lime, giving an old world kind of vibe. Of course that never lasts long, and the life is massively extended by the heaviest, darkest oak moss I’ve smelled. Definitely an acquired taste, I honestly didn’t like the dry down at first, but maybe after my long stint with Yuzu ab Irato over the holiday, this feels like it’s moody cousin.
