That's why you have to drink it fast.
And speaking of soda and beer, and soda and milk, I'll go ahead and post the recipe for one of my favorite cocktails, which is made of beer, soda, Irish cream, and whiskey.
Pour ½ cup Dr. Pepper and ½ cup Guinness Into beer glass.
Fill shot glass ¾ with Irish cream and top off with whiskey.
Drop shot glass into beer glass. Drink it down fast before the cream curdles. Delicious!
And don't worry, Dave; my emotional state is just fine. I'm a cheapskate when it comes to liquor and I'm ok with that.

I’ve tried it freshly mixed, never let it sit before. I didn’t vomit right away so I guess it was so-so.
