Whiskey Sour- Keto Version
2 oz Makers Mark 46
1 oz Lime Juice
1 Egg white
2 drops Stevia as Simple Syrup
Ice
Mix whiskey, lime, Syrup in Cocktail shaker for 30-second, add full cup of ice, shake for another 30. Strain and pour, leave a bit in the shaker, froth and pour over drink, Pretty tasty''\

May I kindly ask where did you put the egg white ?? ( seriously I am curious ) Thank you.
In the shaker. When you shake the egg white it froths and mixes with the other components, and you save a bit back shake and froth and top the drink off with it.. Delicious
