What are you anxiously waiting to be delivered ???

Let's just say I better get home before my wife on the 13th! And it appears something arrived a day early!

i really hate that feeling and feel so dishonest.
Good thing I have a door person in my building. I just let them know I am expecting something and I am the only one allowed to get it.

\n\nNot trying to sneak it all past my wife, just trying to avoid the head shaking LOL

Paladin makes a great badger brush. One thing I learned is that is is better to bite the bullet and get a good badger than to think you can snag an el cheap and be happy. If it’s not a great knot you will always be looking for more.

....and if you are Dave you just keep getting MORE

Or get a synthetic - cheap and happy. I agree that Paladin makes a great badger brush. But I still prefer my synth that cost about 8% what my Paladin cost.

Well...after looking at this thread...I am feeling like I haven't pulled my weight around here! Sadly...I am likely to only make purchases for other people for the next month and a half!

You have my address, right?

This is true. There are a good number of very good synthetics available today. In fact, go grab the Stirling boar and Stirling Synthetic (both are very low cost) and you could be quite happy. I must have bought 10+ of those cheap badger brushes, only one was worth a darn but still doesn’t compare to a top shelf badger.

Taking my dip into Mystic Waters soap and ordered a tub of Leather and Smoke as well as Raspberry Lemon
That clears up the confusion. This is the thread where you're slowing down on your brush purchases to buy soap. It's the other thread where you're slowing down on soap purchases to buy brushes.
