What’s new to you?

I know the top one for sure. I love the old logo much better than the new one they are using now.
You know the logo but certainly not the variant!

Also, that screenshot I mentioned. I had to dig deep and seek out every avon fragrance pre-2000s and hunt down if they had decanters (yeah, that took a while). Paros was one I thought, oh, no decanter. Makes sense... until I found ONE stray Facebook post. Seeing as it's called Colonia reminded me that Avon has international subsidiaries and branches that get exclusive items and such, with south America and Brazil getting a surprising amount. Check this out, lady is holding an Avon Grail and doesn't realize it.

Yep, I have a rare DE razor decanter from the UK (I believe). It's very different from the one made in the US. I bought it from UK ebay, and they cancelled my order because they wouldn't ship liquids across the pond. I said dump it out! I only care about the decanter (it was Wild Country anyway, which I literally have a gallon of).

Oh I know what you're talking about! Super Shaver. In US we have Sure Winner and Spicy. Didn't know about it having Wild Country (which, I mean, duh. It's Wild Country)

Dang ordered yesterday and it arrived today!

I’ve never owned a mixed boar/badger brush and I have 30+ brushes, so looking forward to trying this one out it was shedding some badger hair, but I’m sure it will stop after some use. My only other Crabtree and Evelyn shaving brush is this ancient 26mm from the late 1970’s and it needs a new knot.

The Mysore Sandalwood smells like new, super happy to add one more to the stash!

The trac 2 is cool and is my only Trac2 razor, I’ll have to grab some blades for it!

New Razor Day!!!!!!

20260121_191213.jpg

A Timeless Master Set in stainless with .68mm plates and a .38mm bronze base plate for Somnos's bronze Timeless.

Somnos's Timeless has the .78 OC plate and I don't use it much because it the gap plus the weight is a bit too much for my face most days. But, it is also a razor that I will never sell. The .38 plate should allow me to use it more often.

Not that I can pick up on.
Thanks for the heads up. I know that ice blue has it and was hoping musk didn't because that'd be a strange combo (although in the 80s they did release the ICE BLUE series where they took their non Ice Blue scents and put menthol in them, like ICE BLUE LIME, ICE BLUE MUSK, etc)

Not my pic but a listed item for sale online, as proof of existence.

@JanJosh looks like an arts and crafts day.
Be warned. It's 3 blades and no gel strip. They're not dull but pretty mild and it takes a few passes to shave down to any feasible length. Although it did the job with no nicks, surprisingly, I did get irritation on the neck a bit, unsurprisingly. Not sure if I got any ingrown hairs but I did get a few red spots and bumps.

Have fun. Maybe if you can do all the steps properly and with premium materials, as in the pre shave routine, good soap that washes easy, and a post shave routine, this could give a solid experience. Admittedly, I did just use hot water, instant shaving cream, and just mennen skin bracer after shave so you might produce better results.
