Meet the budget starter kit. Mainly got it to try some stuff out and get a decent starter razor. Comes with a baili chrome tto, a synthetic brush (22×51mm), plastic bowl, 5 different razors to help determine or get an idea of preferred sharpness and such, 3 soap samples, an aftershave sample, and a bath soap sample.

Pretty neat. The soap scents I picked out were Baker Street, Gentleman, and Barbershop, with the Bay Rum aftershave. The bath soap was haverford. This is no means a review yet, but everything smells pretty nice. I picked the simpler stuff since I figure I'll go simple with my first impression. I'm not a fan of Barbershop OR bay rum but I mean... cmon. They're a damn staple.

Wasn't joking when I said I'm about that Sir Irisch Moos. Got all these at great rates and surprising places. I just wish I could've gotten more of the body line but the shave soap/cream is discontinued as well as the bath soap/gel. Bummer! I'll just have to hunt for alternatives. Heard I, Rich Moose by Stirling is pretty nice. Maybe I'll do a compare series with other brands and their clones.

Picked up some various shaving stuff at my local CVS. These were all either on sale or had a coupon, and i had my rewards cash to burn.

Of course, if something doesn't work for me, I'll more than likely give it away, but I'm really looking forward to the Pinaud. There was one other aftershave, Varon Dandy? Looked interesting but I caught a whiff and ugh. It was pissy and smelled like baby powder after. Not for me.
