Mine is only sort of shave related in a pretty roundabout way. I got a new center line scribe just in time to start on some straight razors.

Big shout outs to NurseDave and KJ for Todays Mail Call - Wife was there and asked to sniff things as they were opened.

Dave saw I liked the scent of the Smoked Black Tea Sample I got with the 2 soaps I bought from LNHC and asked if I wanted his as he didn't care for it..............YES, please. Thanks Dave !! Wife after sniffing - Nod of approval on the soap and said she may try it next leg shave.


Next was the Pif from KJ of the Avon samples and a soap sample I will have to look up again to see what it is. He also put a small cool bottle with "The Veg" in it. Don't know what sample leaked or if something else but had a few stuck together that I peeled apart. Good news is the Bravo is fine as That is one I really was curious about as well as some others. Looking forward to trying them. I explained to her what the bottle of the Veg contained and as she sniffed it she said," Hmmm, that smells nice" I'll see if I'm chosen and she feels the same after it touches skin and how it smells.

Sorry about the sample. If one of them feels flat, that's probably the one that ruptured. I knew the fit was tight with the VEG getting in there, but thought it'd be ok.

The Soap is Honey Bee Soap. I think the scent it cucumber melon.

No worries. Pretty sure it was the Blend 7 which I think I've read you say is nothing special. Real excited about the Bravo and Windjammer to try as I've been curious about them before purchasing and the others are definitely bonuses. The Veg too. Ton of stuff to play with, Thanks again

True. It's non-descript. It just has Avon's typical cologney scent, which is different form a normal cologney scent. A few of their scents are similar in that regard.

Fresh off of the Bay, a full bottle of Avon Deep Woods.
This is my second bottle of Avon.

I also have a bottle of Wild Country on the way. I still want to get a bottle of Spicy, Tai Winds, and Bravo.

Great acquisitions gentlemen!

Had a mail call of my own today...Lisa's soaps arrived! I got replacements for the scents I already own and love (Somali Rose, Coconut Oud, Gentleman's Lavender), as well as Smoked Black Tea. Looking forward to using all of them!

I know that I like Avon aftershaves. I wanted to give others a chance to experience them.

Oh, and I forgot about my bottle of Blend 7, so the Deep Woods is my third bottle.
