Got 4 4 ounce empty tubs and a Stirling One set. Doesn't smell like Pdp 63 to me at all. More of a bright scent with no woodsy scent like the cedar in the 63. Still a nice scent for a soap and splash. I should know better than to trust anyone who doesn't like Ghost Town Barber........
 
Hmmmm, sorry you feel that way. It really does have cedar in it. If you don't like it, I'd be happy to buy it from you.

No need. Looked it up and says a "trace of cedar" in it. It's not a bad scent and I'll use it. I don't expect people to buy something if it doesn't match there thoughts.

Honestly when I was at Wally World they had a Stetson set cheap- AS/Cologne. I was in a hurry but as I walked down the aisle I saw a tester and got a spray on my hand as I exited. Sitting in the car waiting on the wife I thought this smells real close to the 63. Didn't have them side by side but really dug it. Ordered the set off the bay for about the same price to avoid the chaos at the store so we'll see when that gets in.

Hey Dave in Kentucky, look what came today. Got the Voskhod blades from Amazon and picked up this River Lake adjustable razor that looks just like the Merkur Futur (which costs $68.00 at West Coast Shaving ) For only $12.00 and it includes a leather carrying case. It's a heavy razor, even heavier than my Rockwell 6s
 
Yeah, there are Chinese knockoffs. They last for a little while before some alignment issues can surface. Hope it last and you enjoy it.
 
The missus surprised me with some samples of very nice fragrance today.

Got some steel in yesterday. Today, I got some new belts and materials to try making my sheaths from kydex instead of yellow leather. (still sorry about that Dave.) But what I'm really excited about getting today was this!



 


I’ve been on a hot sauce kick lately. I just bought Da Bomb today at the store. It’s the hottest sauce I can find locally. And by coincidence, I got the Reaper paste in the mail today, a gift from MajorRich. It’s very tasty!

And I just joined a hot sauce subscription, where I’ll get a box of 3 new sauces each month, and some will be real scorchers! If you guys thought the hot challenge videos were done, you were mistaken. Things will get going again in the upcoming year!

Have you checked out the Heatonist? There are some pretty insanely hot sauces on there...most of them are natural and don't use capcasin extracts. That's where Smokin' Joe (guy who created the Carolina Reaper) sells most of his hot sauces/mashes out of.

Heatonist is who I have the subscription box through!

Im hooked on watching Hot Ones on YT. And Heatonist is who sells the sauces from that show.
