TSC Watch List

I want Rich to make me a "legit" Speedmaster but make it say "Amateur" on the face. And replace the 2 little dots on either side of the 12 o'clock tick mark to be 🤪

@BarberDave I appreciate the attempt to make a connection with racing, but the need for that many numbers and dials to trim hair is questionable. Plus there's only 24 hours in a day and your watch goes to 400. Too many flash-backs to heavy metal concerts for me.
Nope, there he is!

Nope, there he is!
Umm he claims to love the Omega Moonwatch… which has the same Tachymetre scale that the TAG has

But trying to explain why the tachymetre exists and how to use it would be akin to explaining speed physics to a brick
😎😂😂😂

Um.....what makes this watch a Lou Gehrig model?
Do I need to do all the work???

The watch’s special details include the blue 4 on the date ring remembering Lou’s uniform number (the first retired in baseball), the vertically brushed silver dial recalling his “Iron Horse” nickname, and the case back engraving of his likeness.

ORIS does commemorative baseball issues every year so you had Roberto Clemente, Mickey Mantle, Hank Aaron. Etc

This summer, Oris is back with a new commemorative edition, this time paying tribute to Gehrig and that iconic moment in baseball (Don't miss our latest YouTube video which features some exclusive footage from this moving speech right here!). Like the Roberto Clemente and Hank Aaron Pointer Date limited editions that preceded it, this commemorative Oris is built around the maker's signature complication, but with a fresh twist: for the first time, the dial has been stripped down with a mix of arabic numerals and stick hour markers, creating a clean, gentlemanly aesthetic befitting of a New York Yankee uniform – and if you look closely, you can see those blue accents framing each hour indicator, just like the iconic pinstripes. Flip the watch over, for a snapshot engraving of Gehrig's most iconic moment – that "Luckiest Man" speech from Yankee stadium in 1939. Our first delivery of this very special watch has already sold out but we're expecting more in just a few short days, so head on over to the site to learn more and grab yours!
