Seiko Chronograph SQ100
I bought this around 1991 give or take a year. My first grown up watch.
The metal band seems to have lost a link over the years as it's a tad tighter than I remember it.
Crystal is heavily scratched so will try some Polywatch over the weekend. Battery replacement went well, but didn't change the gasket so I won't be going to 100m with this one, or taking it in the shower for that matter.
